My name is Alex Loane, and I just completed my undergraduate studies at Cornell in the field of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. I am returning in the fall for a Master of Engineering degree in the same field. My topics of interest include space mission design, as well as renewable energy and wind turbines. I’ll be enjoying the summer weather in Ithaca while working remotely with NIST’s Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship program.
